| Anthony Forsyth is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Law and Taxation at Monash University. He is also a Consultant with the Melbourne Workplace Relations Group of Corrs Chambers Westgarth; co-Editor of the Australian Journal of Labour Law; and Director of Monash’s Workplace & Corporate Law Research Group.
Anthony is co-author of two recent books: Workplace Relations in the Building and Construction Industry, Lexis/Nexis Butterworths, 2007; and Transition to Forward with Fairness: Labor’s Reform Agenda, Thomson Lawbook Co, 2008. He has also written many journal articles, papers and reports on Work Choices and the Rudd Government’s workplace reforms.
