Mehera San Roque


Mehera San Roque is a Senior Lecturer in the Law Faculty of the University of New South Wales. Her publications and research interests include Evidence, Feminist Legal Theory and the relationships between law and visual and popular culture. She is engaged in cross-disciplinary research with colleagues in law, forensic science, psychology and medicine, including research on the use of identification evidence in criminal trials and has also completed (with Jill Hunter) a research project on the receipt and presentation of expert psychological evidence in refugee determinations. Mehera teaches Court Process, Evidence and Proof, Introducing Law and Justice, and Legal Writing in Context at UNSW.
